Job Summary
Lead technical teams to perform technical analysis, design, and implementation for the entire project lifecycle, focusing on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades and Fluid/Classic Plus user interfaces. Manage the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of architecture solutions for large-scale, multi-year I&IT projects meeting critical ministry client requirements. Define, evaluate, and lead the development of architecture policies, standards, guidelines, and best practices affecting multi-ministry initiatives. Provide senior technical expertise and project leadership for the OPS PeopleSoft HCM project, analyzing potential issues and suggesting improvements to module design and functionality. Work onsite five days a week at 222 Jarvis Street as part of a CRJMC security level engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading technical teams to perform technical analysis, design, and implementation for entire project lifecycle
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 suite with respect to Fluid and Classic Plus user interface
