Job Summary
Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications by developing detailed programming specifications, writing code, compiling data-driven programs, and conducting unit tests. Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems arising during software package operation, including assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations. Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle using structured methodologies to design, code, test, debug, and document applications. Elicit and document information from diverse business stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act standards. Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues, delivering user and system documentation as required.
Required Qualifications
- Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration
- 3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc
- Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript
- Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level
- Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
- Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications
- Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools
- Experience in one or more programming languages
- Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting
- Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
- Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages
- Experience with one or more communications protocols
- Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
- 1-year contract (240 business days)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService
- Experience with Transfer Payments
- Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications
- Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
- Experience with middleware and gateways
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging
- Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues
- Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team
- Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
- Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
