Job Summary
Lead elicitation and documentation of data and business requirements, including DRDs, SRDs, BRDs, and functional process models. Develop data models, use cases, and user stories while extracting data using SQL and LINQ. Act as the bridge between business units, IT teams, and vendors by facilitating workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews. Conduct systems analysis to recommend automation and digital transformation strategies that drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with Product Owners and developers within Agile and Waterfall environments to ensure requirements align with technical specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Onsite work 4 days a week and 1 day from home starting October 20, 2025
- Onsite work 5 days a week fully starting January 5, 2026
- Expertise in data analysis, systems integration, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
- Experience in Ontario Public Sector (OPS) projects
- Deep understanding of data and IT systems
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Experience delivery in a tight deadline and high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills, leading and hands-on exp.
- Experience working on large budget and full life cycle of a project
- Expertise in Business Analysis working Visio diagrams and swim lane diagrams
- Ability to define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT solutions
- Experience leading requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews
