Job Summary
Lead business analysis to assess client problems and opportunities, documenting requirements using UML diagrams, use cases, and process flows to determine IT solutions. Conduct business and data modeling, including conceptual and logical data modeling, process flow analysis, and business rules definition for systems under implementation. Ensure all deliverables comply with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) regulations and standards. This role supports soil management systems within the public sector, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days onsite and two remote, plus a three-month contract with potential extensions.
Required Qualifications
- Leads and conducts business analysis in order to assess clients business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be determined
- use of UML in development of use cases, activity/sequence/state diagrams for capturing business process flows, workflows and documenting business, and system functional requirements
- Conducts business modelling

- non-functional requirements definitions for IT systems under implementation
- Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
- Hybrid - Candidate MUST work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote - or as required by the Client which may up to 5 days onsite
- Contract 6+ months, 3 possible extension
