Job Summary
Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications by developing detailed programming specifications, writing code, compiling data-driven programs, and conducting unit tests. Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems arising during software package operation and use. Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, eliciting and documenting information from diverse business stakeholders. Design, code, test, debug, and document applications using object-oriented and third-generation language development tools while adhering to structured methodologies. Implement high availability solution designs and enterprise architecture standards with specific CRM software packages. Develop business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and high-level application flows to support business needs. Provide post-implementation support, resolve technical issues, and ensure corporate QA standards are maintained.

- Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
- Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages
- Experience with one or more communications protocols
- Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts

- 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
- 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc.
- 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI
- 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing
- Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects
- Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates
- Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods
- Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification
- Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations
- Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)
- Experience with developing business design document, functional & non-functional requirements
- Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements
- Experience in developing functional design document
- At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM
- At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies
- Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model
- Experience with ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications
- Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging
- Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues
- Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team
- Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
- Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
- Experience with OBIEE and PowerBI report development
- Experience with HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files
- Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService
- Experience with Grants Management
