Job Summary

Conduct modernization of the Social Assistance reporting platform by reviewing existing data models and redesigning them for scalability. Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize backlogs, participate in sprint planning, and facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders. Write and refine user stories in Azure DevOps, maintain documentation, and provide regular progress reports. Evaluate alternative solutions, assess cost-benefit options, and translate technical terminology into business terms. Work alongside the development team to ensure delivered solutions meet program and Ministry needs. This hybrid role requires three days per week at the office (315 Front Street West, 3rd Floor). The position supports an agile product team focused on analytical and operational reporting capabilities.
