Job Summary
Chair monthly client engagement calls, analyze OS deployment data, and produce collateral for internal and external governance meetings. Provide status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders including management and cluster partners. Assist financial teams with software support cost projections, cluster costs, and new cost models as products enter extended support. Enhance the SRP client experience through data-driven reporting, communications, and process improvements. Modernize SRP services, create RACI matrices, and develop training guides. Coordinate enterprise architecture approvals and track refresh KPIs. Forecast support and technical debt costs using agile methods. Lead strategic delivery of complex data center infrastructure and oversee major transformation projects. Manage concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and present to executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in strategic delivery of complex solutions and/or data center infrastructure services or projects
- Demonstrated experience overseeing refresh and transition activities
- Demonstrated experience with replacement of large enterprise complex services and hardware at large critical locations
- Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of modern Data Centre service models
- Demonstrated experience in strategic delivery development of operational readiness programs for large and complex organizations including cloud management
- Working experience with a Tier IV data centre facility/operations housing a dedicated 24x7x365 WINTEL/UNIX/Linux hosting service, on-premise private clouds
- 10+ years demonstrated experience in managing projects related to data center applications and server integrations
- Demonstrated experience leading major transformation and data centre projects, including cloud management
- Demonstrated experience managing concurrent projects and initiatives with competing priorities
- Demonstrated experience with software and financial forecasting and modeling using agile methods
- Demonstrated data analytic skills including a working knowledge of tools such as BI, SharePoint Online, Advanced excel skills, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with assisting transition and hardware/software refresh activities
- Demonstrated experience in change management activities
- Demonstrated experience in providing presentations to executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated client engagement skills with strong documentation, writing, verbal and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience overseeing software upgrades/refreshes and transition activities
- Demonstrated data analytic skills including a working knowledge of tools such as BI, SharePoint Online, Advanced excel skills, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with software and financial forecasting and modeling using agile methods
