Job Summary
Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications by developing detailed programming specifications and generating code for large-scale, complex systems. Build enterprise-grade solutions using .NET, Blazor, and C# while designing cloud-based architectures on Azure and AWS. Lead major IT projects, direct project staff, and coordinate the resolution of technical problems and incidents. Prepare reports and explain technical solutions to IT and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved in the initiative.

- demonstrated experience with Data Analytics & Business Intelligence development using technologies such as PowerBI, MS Fabric, Dax and M query
- experience with design of cloud-based solutions (Azure and AWS preferred) using Cloud API, Functions, and Azure SQL
- demonstrated experience using XHTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, AngularJS, Bootstrap, XSLT and XML for development
- demonstrated experience developing in .NET platforms using Blazor/Razor WASM and Server application frameworks
- Specifically developing in C# for enterprise grade applications
- demonstrated experience with Cross-Platform Mobile App Development using technologies such as Ionic Framework, Cordova plugins, and others
- demonstrated experience and competency in the use of different application and web servers such us IIS, Apache, and WebLogic
- demonstrated knowledge and understanding of continuous integration and knowledge of concurrency patterns
- strong familiarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signatures), PKI concepts, and SSL
- skills to lead major, complex IT projects
- direct teams of project staff and external consultants
- ensure project deliverables are delivered within specified parameters
- experience in working on multiple, concurrent projects and multi-year projects
- ability to identify and coordinate the resolution of technical problems and incidents
- conduct research, assess client requirements, lead design projects, and develop recommendations
- develop technical design features and alternatives to ensure effective operation of hardware and software platforms and IT security and quality control systems
- effective communication skills to prepare reports and explain technical solutions to IT and non-technical stakeholders
- work co-operatively with project staff and external stakeholders to discuss application development methods, monitor and manage vendor contacts, and participate on various IT committees
- effectively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure everyone has the same understanding of the status, the progress and the next steps of the initiatives
