Job Summary
Monitor and maintain Microsoft Power Platform applications in production and non-production environments to ensure stability, security, and compliance. Troubleshoot high-priority incidents, manage service requests, and coordinate change and release activities to support seamless deployments. Build, test, and document application designs while implementing updates and enhancements to optimize performance and user experience. Conduct design walkthroughs with the project team and resolve post-implementation technical issues. Support business-critical applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and .NET technologies within an Agile framework.
