Job Summary
Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications by developing programming specifications, writing code, compiling data-driven programs, and conducting unit tests. Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software package operation while collaborating with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Design, code, test, debug, and document applications using structured methodologies and object-oriented languages, leveraging relational database technologies and information retrieval packages. Provide post-implementation support, resolve technical issues, and conduct design walkthroughs with project teams. Deliver user and system documentation as required, ensuring compliance with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act standards.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
- 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc
- 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI
- 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring / developing
- Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects
- Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates
- Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods
- Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification
- Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations
- Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)
- Experience with configuring Siebel migration application
- Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager
- Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
