Job Summary
Coordinate and lead the delivery of system integration testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement services for PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM applications. Prepare, validate, automate, and execute all related test cases and scripts, including unit, system, user acceptance, functional, accessibility, integration, regression, configuration, performance, and load balance tests. Review and analyze client business requirements for system changes and upgrades to determine testing needs, while providing quality control advice and guidance to project team members and committees. Ensure compliance with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Significant knowledge and experience of testing PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM applications
- Technical and functional knowledge of Peoplesoft especially on Fluid UI, Self Service, Core HR, Payroll; Oracle DB and SQL skills
- Experience executing functional tests, non-functional tests and systems level integration tests for the PeopleSoft HCM application
Desired Qualifications
- Significant knowledge and experience of testing PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM applications (25%)
- Technical and functional knowledge of Peoplesoft especially on Fluid UI, Self Service, Core HR, Payroll; Oracle DB and SQL skills (20%)
- Experience executing functional tests, non-functional tests and systems level integration tests for the PeopleSoft HCM application (15%)
- Experience creating test plans, test cases and test data for various types and phases of testing, including technical and business functional validation(15%)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills (15%)
- Knowledge and experience of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) testing and AODA related regulations and standards (10%)
