Job Summary
Design hosting technology solutions based on client service specifications, standards, policies, and cost models to meet application business requirements. Develop business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and detailed process flows while creating high-level screen designs and wireframes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to address user pain points, ensuring solutions align with WCAG/AODA accessibility standards. Prepare technical specifications for installation, testing, and performance assessment of integrated multi-services systems, including change management and quality assurance plans. Bridge client business requirements with technical teams to deliver mission-critical server applications, ensuring adherence to corporate QA standards and public sector transfer payment models where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies
- 7+ years of experience in Siebel, or Adobe AEM Solution implementation
- Experience with developing business design document, functional & non-functional requirements
- Experience in developing functional design document
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model
- Experience with ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained
