Job Summary
Manage issues, risks, and service change requests to ensure successful and on-time development of program deliverables for the Clinical Repositories team. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities while maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with agenda preparation and minute documentation. Prepare status reports, RAID logs, and Gantt charts, ensuring proper version control and storage of project artifacts in designated repositories. Act as a liaison between program teams and stakeholders, facilitating information flow across teams and supporting engagement activities such as workshops. This role supports Ontario's Immunization Repository Optimization Program and related provincial digital health assets, including the Digital Health Drug Repository and Ontario Laboratories Information System.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years experience project managing electronic health-related projects
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience with the management of project or program communications including both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience with document management including the application of standards, version-control, and storage
- up to 3 days onsite
