RQ00428 - Sr. Project Manager/Leader

Manage large-scale complex projects for the OH Cloud Transformation initiative, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while navigating ambiguous environments with constant change. Define approach options, collaborate with senior management and sponsors to clarify goals, and establish effective communication with internal partners, vendors, and project teams. Lead project meetings, organize change control for IT Requests for Change, and proactively identify and resolve risks. Execute the roadmap for the Ontario Health Data Center migration to AWS and Azure by assessing workloads, categorizing assets, and building new cloud-native architectures. Develop project documentation, track financial forecasts against budgets, and manage product releases to operational environments. Report progress to executives and drive innovative solutions to fast-track migrations. This one-year contract starts December 2025 with a hybrid schedule in Toronto.
