Job Summary
Review resumes, screen candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers while sourcing applicants through job boards, networking sites, and outbound communications. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using the designated Applicant Tracking System, from intake meetings to offer coordination and onboarding support. Partner closely with hiring managers and client leaders to align recruiting strategies with service-level agreements and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Complete weekly reporting, participate in strategy sessions, and may travel to client sites or recruiting events as needed. This hybrid role in Jacksonville, FL, requires office presence on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant professional work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Hybrid position based in Jacksonville, FL
- Team members are expected to work in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Option to work from home on Tuesday and Friday
- Candidates hired for this position must pass onboarding and credentialing requirements established by Hueman and the client
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to learn new technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems
