RPO Account Executive

Job Summary
Develop and execute a territory strategy to acquire new RPO clients facing hiring volumes, talent shortages, or rapid growth plans. Prospect organizations and build relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders, and business executives through cold outreach, networking, and events. Conduct discovery meetings to identify workforce challenges and deliver compelling value propositions demonstrating operational benefits. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution while maintaining accurate pipeline data in the CRM. Consult with internal teams to design customized RPO solutions, create business cases, and expand engagements into contract staffing and executive search. Serve as a strategic partner for existing clients by conducting regular business reviews, monitoring recruiting metrics, and resolving escalated issues to drive continuous improvement and account growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, RPO, professional services, workforce solutions, or B2B sales
- Demonstrated success generating new business and closing complex sales
- Experience selling staffing or talent acquisition solutions to HR, Talent Acquisition, or executive-level decision makers
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, staffing models, and talent acquisition challenges
- Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies
- Proven ability to prospect, build a pipeline, conduct discovery, negotiate, and close
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand a client's business challenges and translate them into a compelling workforce solution
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales forecasts
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiting and operational teams
