RPN

Provide ethical and safe nursing care during scheduled community visits, assess patients' needs, execute and monitor care plans, build rapport with patients and families, and maintain professional records within home-based settings. Requires CNO registration as an RPN, a valid driver’s license, ability to travel within a designated area, and willingness to participate in on-call coverage.
