Job Summary
RPA Engineer focused on automating procurement and logistics workflows using AI-enabled and low-code solutions. Responsible for designing automated workflows, configuring and deploying automation via RPA and workflow tools (e.g., Kissflow, Esker, Power Automate), building apps and dashboards with low-code platforms, applying AI/ML capabilities for document processing and analytics, supporting procurement system implementations (Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Zycus) from requirements through go-live, and developing integration scripts (Python/SQL/JavaScript). Requires 3–5 years in automation/digital transformation, experience with at least one RPA platform, and hands-on skills across programming, APIs, and procurement systems; collaborative with stakeholders to map processes, identify opportunities, and design future-state workflows; expects ownership, strong communication, and adaptability to new tools. Work timings align with IST 1pm-11pm with flexibility; location in Bengaluru, India, with hybrid remote option.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or low-code development
- Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
- Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, or PowerShell
- Experience with APIs and data integration
- Exposure to procurement/supply chain tools (Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Zycus, Esker) or similar
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Ownership and execution focus
