Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation solutions to optimize business processes. Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities, then maintain and troubleshoot implementations for stability and performance. Document automation workflows and provide user training while ensuring all solutions adhere to security and compliance standards. Maintain proficiency in Power Automate Desktop, Python, C#, or Java, and stay current with RPA trends. This remote role supports the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO that connects businesses with dedicated teams in the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Min 2.5 years proven experience with Power Automate Desktop RPA tool
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, VBA)
- Knowledge of process analysis and optimization techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- This is a remote position
Desired Qualifications
- other RPA tool experience (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
