Job Summary
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities and analyze, document, and optimize existing business processes. Design and develop RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, and validation. Develop and implement RPA bots or virtual workers, then conduct testing and debugging to ensure accuracy and reliability. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and project managers, to deploy, monitor, and maintain RPA solutions in production environments. Document technical specifications and workflows while staying updated on the latest trends in RPA development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer, developing and implementing RPA solutions
- Strong proficiency in one or more RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Solid programming skills in languages like C#, Java, or Python
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts for data manipulation and integration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify automation opportunities and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into efficient and scalable RPA solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within defined timelines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and self-improvement in the field of RPA and automation
