Job Summary
RPA Developer with TS/SCI security clearance to support ACC A589 classified environments at Langley AFB, Hampton, VA. Provides dedicated technical support, development, and advisory services for AI and RPA integration; designs, prototypes, and deploys automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to support Air Combat Command operations. Responsibilities include conducting workflow discovery with ACC A589 personnel, building prototypes in 2–4 week cycles, validating bots across NIPRNet/SIPRNet/AFSCI, delivering complete technical documentation, user training, and sustainment plans, and collaborating with cross-wing teams. Must meet mandatory certifications and security requirements and deliver minimum quarterly outputs (3 prototypes, 2 operational transitions) with 100% documentation compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Secret (T3) minimum; TS/SCI preferred for assignments supporting classified workflows within HQ ACC A589
- 3+ years hands-on RPA solution development and deployment experience
- Proven track record delivering operational RPA bots from discovery through production deployment
- Experience with iterative development methodologies and user-centered design
- Federal government or DoD RPA experience strongly preferred
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate – Required
- Microsoft Power Automate certification – Required
- CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8140.03 baseline) – Required
- Certifications (Preferred): Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate
- Technical competencies: UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Cloud; Microsoft Power Automate; Power Platform ecosystem; API integration; data transformation; version control (Git); CI/CD pipelines
