Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and Python scripting to improve operational efficiency. Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities, then develop workflows, perform unit and system testing, and support deployment and production implementation. Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues within defined SLAs, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle. Ensure compliance with security policies, prepare technical documentation including BRDs and PDDs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requires 2+ years of hands-on experience in A360 and Python scripting.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere A360 development
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting
- Experience in end-to-end bot development, deployment, and support
- Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries
- Understanding of exception handling, logging, and bot monitoring practices
- Familiarity with version control and release management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in business process analysis and automation feasibility assessment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (preferred)
- Exposure to AI/Intelligent Automation capabilities such as Document Automation, OCR, or Generative AI integrations is an added advantage
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
