Job Summary
RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy automation scripts, workflows, and bots using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) across multiple business functions. Responsibilities include testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documenting solutions, monitoring performance with defined KPIs, and continuously researching new RPA tools and AI/ML frameworks to enhance automation capabilities across diverse applications and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Developer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in developing automation scripts, workflows, and bots using RPA tools and technologies
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure Cognitive Services, Databricks)
- Experience with applications and systems such as web, desktop, mainframe, SAP
- Strong programming skills (C#, VB.NET, Python, Java)
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
