Job Summary
Develop, deploy, and implement automation solutions using industry-leading tools while creating and maintaining technical design documentation. Participate in post-launch error resolution processes and support customers throughout their digital transformation journeys. Search for and develop new solutions tailored to emerging customer needs. Work collaboratively with local and international project members, attending meetings and workshops on client premises as required. Maintain transparency and ownership across all projects while leveraging skills in Python and agentic automation practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Informatics or any related area
- 1-2 years of experience
- Eligible to work in Turkey
- Willingness to attend meetings/workshops on client premises and work from client premises
- Ability to think out of the box
- Strong communication skills, taking initiative when necessary
- Acting with transparency and ownership
- Ability and passion for working collaboratively with local & international project members
- Communication skills including the ability to understand client processes in any area in detail
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in UiPath is a big plus
- Knowledge of Python is a plus
- Familiarity with agentic automation practices is a plus
