Royalty Manager

Oversee daily operations of the Royalty Department; supervise staff, assign tasks, and review performance. Read and interpret complex royalty agreements; issue royalty statements and prepare reports for client meetings. Liaise with Account Managers, Partners, external companies, and clients to achieve shared goals, while maintaining professional conduct. Ensure deadlines are met and provide guidance and training to staff. Requires 5+ years of music royalties experience with 2+ years of supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business; proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows; willingness to work extended hours; on-site in Encino, CA.
