Royalty Label Manager

Oversee daily operations and workflow of the Royalty Department, assign tasks, review staff work, interpret complex royalty agreements, issue royalty statements, prepare reports for client meetings, liaise with Account Managers and Partners to meet goals, and supervise/train staff on-site; requires strong interpersonal, mathematical, and analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows, and ability to work extended hours.
