Job Summary
The Royal Service Agent provides friendly, timely, service-oriented responses to guest requests, solves problems, and ensures guest satisfaction across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering via phone, email, and radio communications. Responsibilities include handling guest concerns, transferring calls, responding to emails, monitoring Kipsu text messages, maintaining radio equipment and standards, offering wakeup calls, and upholding Fairmont Brand Standards while delivering proactive guest guidance and recommendations. Must demonstrate outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation, and the ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Prior PMS experience and university/college degree are assets.
Required Qualifications
- University/College degree in a related discipline an asset.
