ROW Renewals & Acquisitions Manager

ROW Renewals & Acquisitions Manager will manage the contract management function for right of way (ROW) renewals, acquisitions, and related agreements. Responsibilities include creating a centralized repository of ROW authorizations, cataloguing due dates and critical dates, reviewing governing authorities for rights of way, performing initial due diligence on new agreement requirements, engaging with state/local/federal entities and investor-owned utilities to renew/modify/extend agreements, and reviewing/approving invoices related to costs of maintaining telecommunications facilities within public ROW or on utility poles. Key competencies include superior written and verbal communication of legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders, strong Microsoft and Adobe skills, research ability, self-direction, deadline prioritization, problem-solving, information gathering, confidentiality, independent work with collaborative ability, and sound judgment.
