Requires experience in acquisition and negotiation, ability to read engineering drawings and legal documents, and strong MS Excel/Word skills. Travel up to 90% with work performed across multiple facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum four to six years of acquisition and negotiation experience
- Background in transmission easement acquisition or related real estate fields preferred
- Proficiency in preparing and managing reports and documents
- Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend engineering drawings and legal documents
- Strong customer focus and ability to coordinate with owners, agencies, and co-workers
- Flexibility to maintain a standard work week with occasional non-standard hours
- Willingness to travel up to 90%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
