Job Summary
Review engineering drawings and construction plans to determine right-of-way and permitting needs. Identify and secure necessary permits and easements from federal, state, county, city, and private landowners. Negotiate right-of-way acquisitions and property interests to accommodate telecommunication operations while serving as a liaison between clients, property owners, and local agencies. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation. This role requires travel and a reliable vehicle, with a competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses. Located in our Nephi, UT office, the position supports broadband infrastructure deployment within a mission-driven organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in right-of-way acquisition for telecom and related infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of all aspects of ROW for telecommunications projects and a solid understanding of general regulatory and legal issues
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED
- U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident status
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Travel
- A reliable vehicle
