Job Summary
Open and close customer accounts, process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances while verifying signatures and balances. Answer telephone inquiries, resolve customer account problems, and cross-sell bank services. Perform drive-up and night drop functions, assist with IRA and HSA support, and maintain security by locking drawers and monitoring deposit amounts. Balance daily transactions, compile reports, and keep work areas clean. Works as needed at Eastern Idaho branch locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Banking experience preferred
- Basic cash handling skills/experience preferred
- Knowledge of bank operations policies and procedures preferred
- Able to operate related computer applications and business equipment, including adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, telephone, scanner, and branch capture machine
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
- Good communication skills
- Good typing skills
- Good math skills
