Job Summary
Roving Property Manager responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth at a FreeUp Storage self-storage facility in Tyler, TX through strong customer engagement, proactive property upkeep, and adherence to brand standards. Key duties include converting leads to move-ins, achieving high occupancy targets, managing delinquency with timely follow-up and clear payment policies, enrolling customers in Auto-Pay and Property Protection programs, conducting weekly facility inspections, executing local marketing and community outreach, maintaining accurate tenant records, and leveraging technology (CRM, MS Office, Outlook) to deliver an exceptional tenant experience while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and audit readiness. Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, high school diploma, and 1-3 years of customer-facing experience; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
