Job Summary
Roving Sales Advisor is responsible for promoting and maintaining occupancy at the retirement residence across Ottawa locations. Key duties include on-site support across locations, development and implementation of the Community marketing plan, coordination of promotional activities, managing lead flow and follow-up, touring prospects, building relationships with the greater community, monitoring marketplace changes, and delivering sales training to the Retirement Residence Team. Required skills include proven sales experience (5+ years), strong customer service, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM, ability to work evenings and weekends, and professional presentation. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass background checks (Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Records). Ability to travel to Ottawa locations and support Sales efforts as needed is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
- Must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check
