Roving Associate Personal Banker role across Wells Fargo branch locations in Yuma area. Provide personalized banking support across multiple branches, cover for banker and teller absences, adapt to new branch environments, build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations, and connect customers with banking products and digital tools to support financial well-being. Responsibilities include supporting account openings, service requests, and credit applications, performing cash handling and teller activities, delivering compliant service within risk controls, and collaborating with teammates to ensure seamless handoffs to licensed bankers or specialists.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
