Roving Partnership Officer

Job Summary
Roving Partnership Officer to implement locally led delivery in Great Kordofan, coordinating with national and local partners to strengthen equitable, strategic partnerships across the full programme cycle. Responsibilities include developing partnership strategies, supporting organizational capacity development, coordinating proposal development, ensuring partner engagement and mutual accountability, and facilitating field visits (approximately 50% time) while aligning with Save the Children’s localisation framework, country strategic plan, and child rights programming.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Management, Development Studies or related Social Science
- 2-5 years of working experience in partnership management or program management in NGO context (preferable in Great Kordofan)
- Outstanding partnership management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of core elements of approaches to working in partnerships
- Strong project management and delivery of projects/programs
- Strategic vision, analytical, innovative and creative problem solving
- Budget/financial management skills for budget review and expense tracking
- Experience with international development organizations and child- and human-rights frameworks
- Negotiation, conflict handling, and networking experience
- Familiarity with humanitarian assistance and long-term development work
- Ability to work in complex, insecure geographic locations
- English language fluency (spoken and written)
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Strong teamwork orientation
