Job Summary
Roving Make Ready responsible for inspecting vacated apartments and restoring them to market-ready status in a timely manner per manager's timetable. Conduct inspections, complete make-ready checklists, replace or repair windows, doors, fixtures, appliances, install tile backsplash, paint as needed, perform carpet cleaning, assist with trash-out, and handle related tasks to prepare units for new move-ins. Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. On-call and extended hours possible.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- Able to work on call (as necessary and/or an emergency arises) and extended hours (including after-hours and weekends).
- Attention to detail - meticulous.
- Ability to organize & prioritize work.
- Self-motivated; ability to work individually and on a team.
