Job Summary
Contract-to-hire Maintenance Technician responsible for refurbishing vacant units and providing maintenance services across three properties in St. Cloud and Foley, MN. Duties include light electrical, light plumbing, general repairs, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination; install/repair appliances and HVAC components; perform grounds maintenance and prepare units for occupancy; troubleshoot and complete minor work orders; maintain tools and demonstrate courteous customer service. Requires 1-3 years of residential maintenance experience, English communication, own basic tools, a valid driver s license, valid auto insurance, and the ability to obtain a Boilers license within 90 days. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm; candidate must pass a Kari Koskinen background check.
