Job Summary
Roving Maintenance Technician II focuses on addressing repair requests across residential properties, performing preventive maintenance, and preparing units for new occupancies. Responsibilities include responding to service requests (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repairs), performing varied maintenance tasks, assisting with apartment renovations, maintaining shop cleanliness, and supporting on-call duties. Requires strong problem-solving, professional communication, adherence to policies, and the ability to complete required training (Fair Housing, harassment prevention, etc.). Skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and experience with on-call emergency response are essential; Yardi experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
Required Qualifications

- HVAC certification
- Proven skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Availability for on-call emergency response outside of standard hours
