Roving Maintenance Manager - Phoenix

Oversee maintenance for 7 apartment communities in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, collaborating with Property Management to manage budgets and vendor contracts. This hands-on role includes preventative and emergency maintenance, prepping units for new residents, and processing work orders. Daily duties involve patching and painting walls, repairing appliances, and performing plumbing and electrical tasks, with a focus on maintaining occupancy goals and procurement standards. Strong coordination with the Property Manager, ability to read blueprints/diagrams, and effective communication in English are required.
