Job Summary
Inspect, maintain, and replace filters on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment across client sites to ensure mechanical integrity. Operate facility systems and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical and supporting systems. Troubleshoot equipment issues, develop preventative solutions, and estimate repairs and upgrades for chillers and boilers. Collaborate with key departments to support the integrated approach to operating buildings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some positions may require post-secondary education in a related field
- Some positions may require specific certifications/licenses
- Some positions may require a valid driver's license
- Some positions may require a clean driver's abstract
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening
- Minimum G3 Gas License
- G2 Gas License
- Registered 313A Apprentice
- 313A License
- G2 Gas License (minimum)
Desired Qualifications
- Graduates of a college or other post-secondary programs in HVAC studies
- G2 Gas License (preferred)
