Job Summary
Roving Field Coordinator role supporting UNDP in Central Equatoria State, with responsibilities spanning project planning and budgeting, day-to-day portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, gender mainstreaming, procurement and financial management, monitoring and reporting, knowledge sharing, capacity building, and advocacy across development initiatives; requires advanced degree and minimum 2 years (or 4 years with bachelor’s) relevant experience, strong communication skills in English and Arabic, and ability to coordinate with partners and government officials to deliver high-quality project outputs.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, or related field is required, or a first-level university degree in the above fields with an additional two years of qualifying experience in lieu of the advanced degree
- Minimum 2 years (with master’s degree) or 4 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience at the national or international level in providing management advisory services, and/or hands-on experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects
- Experience in the use of computers, office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and web-based management systems, and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
- Fluency in English and Arabic
