Job Summary
Roving Community Manager responsible for overseeing operations and management of conventional apartment communities in the College Station | Bryan, TX area. Lead on-site staff, supervise leasing and resident relations, manage budgeting and financial reporting, conduct property inspections, oversee renovations, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and maintain high resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include marketing units, processing applications, executing leases, preparing operating budgets, achieving budget targets, and collaborating with corporate leadership to meet community goals. Requires 2-3 years in property management, strong leadership, proficiency with Yardi/MRI, and excellent communication skills. On-site role with hands-on supervision, tenant services, and operational oversight.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of property management experience overseeing daily operations of a multi-family apartment community
- experience in leasing, marketing available units, conducting tours, processing applications, and executing leases
- strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections for apartment communities
- proficiency with property management software (Yardi and/or MRI)
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance
