Job Summary
Oversee operations of a conventional apartment community in the San Diego Conventional Region, supervise on-site staff, manage leasing and resident relations, ensure financial performance and budgeting, conduct regular inspections, administer resident programs, oversee renovations, ensure regulatory compliance, handle resident concerns, maintain records of resident transactions, and collaborate with regional leadership to achieve community goals. The role emphasizes customer service, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership in a full-time capacity. Mileage reimbursement is provided as part of the compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of property management experience
- overseeing the daily operations of a multi-family apartment community
- leadership skills
- financial reporting and budgeting
- rent collections
- proficiency with property management software (Yardi and/or MRI)
- excellent communication
- physically able to lift up to 25 pounds
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance
