Roving Community Manager

Roving (Affordable) Community Manager responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a conventional and affordable apartment community across the Country Manor and Fresno Region in Tulare, CA. Onsite/Roving role with oversight of leasing, marketing, staff supervision, budgeting, financial reporting, renovations, and resident relations, ensuring high resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading on-site staff, conducting tours and processing applications, managing budgets and expenditures, performing regular property inspections, administering resident programs, coordinating renovations, handling resident concerns, and maintaining records of transactions. Requires LIHTC/Section 8 experience, proficiency with Yardi/MRI, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. Housing is provided in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit; mileage reimbursement for roving to other communities; on-site residence required.
