Job Summary
Roving Building Engineer responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and repairing common areas across Action Property Management’s portfolio properties in San Francisco (East Bay). Key duties include overseeing HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and building automation systems; scheduling and supervising vendors; ensuring compliance with HOA policies and code requirements; monitoring performance of building systems; managing work orders; assisting in capital projects and bid analyses; supporting annual budget processes; and maintaining safety practices. Requires valid CA driver’s license, 4+ years of maintenance experience in mid/high-rise commercial communities, and completion of background checks and drug screening. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CA Driver's License & Insurance
- Minimum of 4 years of Maintenance experience in mid or high rise commercial communities, preferably in hospitality or property management
- Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- EPA/608 Universal License
- Weekly Fire Pump Certification
Desired Qualifications
