Job Summary
Roving Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) supporting multiple Wells Fargo branch locations within an assigned geography. Serve customers through in-branch interactions and proactive outreach, assist with account openings, service requests, and credit applications, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Role emphasizes adaptability to different branch environments, building trust-based relationships, and guiding customers to banking products and digital tools. Travel 100% within the assigned geography and flexibility to work Saturdays; bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is required. May participate in handoffs to licensed bankers or specialists to connect customers with the right expertise. SAFE registration required after start date. No visa sponsorship described.
