Job Summary
Ensure team adherence to Monarch policies and best practices while managing delinquency of rental income, including tracking and collecting bad debt. Lease properties at or above market occupancy and rent levels, capture desired tenant renewals, and respond timely to resident requests and complaints. Sign new and renewal lease documents, maintain organized records based on legal requirements, and ensure all property marketing is current and accurate. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with times varying based on business needs. Requires 2+ years in multi-family housing, YARDI software proficiency, and knowledge of local, state, and federal property management laws. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and credit check are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in multi-family housing
- Excellent computer skills, able to effectively navigate industry software (YARDI)
- General knowledge of local, state, and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines
- Consistent successful application of fair housing and other legal requirements for leasing and marketing property/units
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Credit check
