Job Summary
Lead Rover role at Dogtopia focused on creating a safe, engaging play environment for dogs while supervising the team to maintain safety and exceptional customer service. Cross-trained as a Canine Coach & Pet Parent Coordinator, you’ll juggle playroom duties and front desk responsibilities, interact with clients, conduct dog evaluations, and help communicate daycare packages and memberships. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, multi-tasking, and a positive, collaborative approach to achieving daily goals. Bonus: you may bring your own dog to work after training, and the role includes supplemental pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- 3-6 months of experience in a high-volume animal care setting preferred
- Franchise experience preferred
- Strong supervisory and delegation skills
