Job Summary
Develop and implement effective A2P SMS routing strategies aligned with business objectives while monitoring traffic flows to optimize delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. Identify trends through comprehensive data analysis and collaborate cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and support teams to ensure seamless message delivery. Maintain relationships with international carriers and SMS partners while staying informed on evolving industry trends and best practices in A2P messaging. Work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment to foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement within the routing team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in A2P SMS routing
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of telecommunication networks and protocols
- Understanding of SMS industry regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
