Job Summary
Routing Coordinator responsible for routing and dispatching advance and short-notice trip requests; monitor live trip dashboards for on-time performance; follow real-time trip recovery processes; ensure trips are routed via cost-effective transport modes; collaborate with transportation providers and healthcare facilities to resolve real-time issues; monitor for transport-mode errors; additional duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, US citizenship, ability to pass a background check, and flexibility to work shifts. San Antonio, TX with hybrid work arrangement; bilingual Spanish is a plus. 1+ year of transportation/logistics experience and familiarity with transport management systems are expected; prior inbound call center experience preferred. SafeRide Health role focusing on non-emergency medical transportation across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year transportation/delivery logistics experience
- Experience with transport management systems
- Knowledge of Medicaid NEMT guidelines (preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Prior inbound call center experience (preferred)
- Able to pass criminal background check
